We allocate a yearly donation budget that we share around depending on requests received. Please note that requests for donations or free passes are limited and once we have met our quota for the year, we can no longer provide further donation.
What to provide with your request:
- Details of event including:
- Type of fundraiser event
- Date of event
- What the funds raised go towards
- Requirement of Billabong Zoo's logo
- Date of your last visit to Billabong Zoo
- Formal letter of request on a signed letterhead by your President or Principal
- Letter of Authority to fundraise

On receipt of your request, should we be able to accept it, you will hear from us within 7 days.
If you do not hear back from us within one week, please note that this means your request has been unsuccessful. Due to the high number of requests that we receive, we will not accept any requests that are received less than one month before the event.
