Conditions of Entry

Billabong Zoo has a few conditions in regard to Zoo Entry necessary for health and safety reasons and to ensure that other visitors and our animals are not disturbed or made to feel uncomfortable.

NO: bare feet, bikes, skateboards, roller blades, self-propelled kids’ carts, pets, selfie sticks or go-pros, no running and no BYO alcohol on premises.

The Zoo closes at 5pm, last entry at 4.30pm. No discount for late entry.

Companion cardholders

The entrance fee consists of one cardholder and one companion. Only the person whose photograph and details appear on the Companion Card can use the card. Companion Tickets cannot be used without the Companion Card cardholder being present. Companion Card cardholders must inform us of their requirement for a Companion Ticket at the time they book or purchase their own ticket. If cardholders cannot present their card, they will be charged for the Companion Ticket. Companion Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or Billabong Zoo Annual Passholder cards.

Billabong Zoo Annual Pass: Terms & Conditions

The Annual Pass is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. It is to be used only by the persons included on the Annual Pass and identification must be provided when entering the Zoo. The Annual Pass is not transferrable and cannot be used by any other people not named in the Application. The Pass cannot be used as part of a group entry i.e. Schools, Birthday Parties or special Group functions. An Annual Pass cannot be used in conjunction with any special Zoo offer or promotion . A damaged or altered Annual Pass will be considered void. A replacement card costs $10. Billabong Zoo (Koala & Wildlife Park) reserves the right to refuse entry and/or cancel the issued Annual Pass if any of the conditions above are breached. Any child that turns three during the valid date of the Annual Pass will need to be paid for when entering the Zoo or an additional individual Annual Pass purchased. It may be advantageous to include and pay for a child under the age of three if they will turn three within a few months of the date of the Annual Pass.

Photographs: In signing the Annual Pass application you permit Billabong Zoo to photograph the person/persons named on the application for the purpose of identification only. The Zoo will store the photographs securely and refer to them only for the purpose of identifying the person(s) at the time of entry. Photographs will not be shared or accessed by any other organisation.

Billabong Zoo Gift Vouchers: Terms & Conditions

Gift Vouchers MUST be redeemed online. Gift Vouchers for Entry or Encounters MUST be redeemed online in order to receive ticketing and confirmation of date/time. Gift Vouchers do NOT represent a ticket or booking. Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 3 years from the purchase date for online purchases, and bookings must be made within this period. Gift Vouchers are for one use only. Gift Vouchers are Non-Refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the Voucher. Gift Vouchers are not valid for deposits for group bookings, group meetings or catering functions. Gift Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed, photocopied or altered in any way and will not be accepted by Billabong Zoo or be otherwise redeemable.
