Please note that by booking a Pobblebonk Party at Billabong Zoo you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Zero Tolerance will be shown to party guests who refuse to follow Billabong Zoo rules, conditions of entry or abuse any members of our staf.
Payment
To secure your booking a minimum of $100 deposit is required a minimum 14 days prior to your event.
The remaining total amount for your party package (less $100 deposit) is required 7 days prior to your event.
A 1% surcharge will apply on all eftpos transactions. Annual Pass Membership holders may not use their cards in conjunction with this booking.
Cancellation
A 20% cancellation fee of the entire package amount will be incurred if you cancel your booking within 7 days of the event.
A 50% cancellation fee of the entire package amount will be incurred if you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the event
No shows will forfeit entire booking cost with no refund applicable Transfer of booking to another date
Transfer or Change of Date
Changing the date of your Pobblebonk Party booking may be made up to two weeks prior to your original booking date, subject to availability.
Pobblebonk Party Terms and Conditions
Pobblebonk Parties are unavailable to be booked during the NSW school holidays.
Based on the size of our Pobblebonk Party room size limits apply, therefore we are restricted to a maximum of 15 children and a maximum of 4 adults.
Two adults per group bookings are included in booking price, a maximum of two extra adults can be booked and paid for. Any further adults are unable to attend due to the size of the party room. Please note that adults are not included in the catering food or beverage, therefore are required to purchase own meals from the café menu, and can be ordered ahead of time by prior arrangements.
Billabong Zoo reserves the right to make changes to the package offerings, zoo elements, animal encounters, food menu, scheduled times and dates which may differ to the advertisement.
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, Billabong Zoo reserves the right to cancel your scheduled party. In this instance, you will be advised and receive a full refund.
Pobblebonk Parties will go ahead as scheduled even in the event of rain or other adverse weather conditions, please come prepared with protection including an umbrella and weather appropriate clothing and appropriate footwear etc.
All children must be accompanied by the adults in their group at all times while on Billabong Zoo grounds.
Any bad behaviour by any patrons towards our animals, property or any other zoo patrons during their visit will be addressed at the time by zoo staff. If the behaviour continues the patrons will be asked to leave the zoo grounds.
Due to the safety of our animals, balloons, party poppers, noisemakers and whistles must stay in our party room at all times.
Children are not to move beyond any stand-off barriers for our animals or refuge are for our kangaroos.
Children must not put their fingers or any body part inside of any animal enclosures.
All party decorations remain the property of Billabong Zoo and cannot be removed from the premises.
Adults returning to the zoo to collect children are welcome to do so by collecting from the designated Pobblebonk Party room, if the child is out on the zoo grounds, the parent is to remain in the Party Room or Café and await the return of their child, they are unable to wander the zoo grounds of the zoo.
